Beta release 0.2.1

Like every good game, there needs to be a day one patch, a main menu was added several of the in developement overlooked bugs were fixed, icluding:

- being unable to exit the lift

- the arm of the lift going in the wrong direction

- the second ability display not being attached to the left side of the screen

- pressing left control would show the cursor and free it from it's locked state
